What is the Phoenix Method?

The Phoenix Method is a clarity framework. It helps you describe where you are before you make decisions. It does not give advice or tell you what to do.

What are the Phoenix Method Clarity Tools?

The tools include the Pin, the Compass, the Map, and their supporting definitions. These make up the public clarity layer of the Phoenix Method and are available through a license.

Who are the tools for?

Adults who want a simple, structured way to describe their current state and direction. The tools are for private use within your own field.

Are the tools therapeutic or diagnostic?

No. The Phoenix Method is not therapy, counseling, medical guidance, or emotional support. It does not diagnose or treat anything.

Can I talk about my experience using the tools?

Yes. You may talk about your personal experience. You may not share, copy, or reproduce the materials themselves.

Can I teach the Phoenix Method to others?

No. Teaching, training, or presenting the materials to others is not allowed under any license.

Can I modify the tools for my specific industry or profession?

No. Any adaptation or customization counts as consulting without authority to do so. Consulting is not included, but may be purchased separately.

Can I use the tools in my business or program?

You may use the tools privately to support your own clarity. You may not use them in commercial products, programs, services, or software.

How long does my license last?

For the life of the purchase. Renewal (repurchase) is optional. There is no automatic billing.

What happens if I do not renew?

You stop using the materials. Nothing else is required.

Can I share the materials with others?

No. Sharing, publishing, or redistributing the materials is not permitted. Purchasing and gifting a license is permissible.

Can I use the tools with clients?

You may use the tools privately to support your own clarity. You may not use the materials directly with clients, students, or groups. Each person has their own framework and may not align with your personal frame.

Are the tools allowed in software, apps, or AI systems?

No. The materials may not be automated, embedded, or used to train AI models.

Do I own the materials after purchase?

No, purchasing grants permission to use the zmaterials. Author ownership remains with Phoenix Altiora Resilience Consulting, LLC.
