I help you figure out where your system stopped making sense.
Most of the time it shows up as drift. Drift in my language refers to definitions sliding, boundaries getting soft, and/or outcomes not matching what you thought you set up. By the time you notice it, the upstream structure is already gone.
When we sit down, it’s you, me, a table, a tasty beverage… maybe a plant in the corner doing its quiet job.
You walk me through what’s happening. I listen for the part that doesn’t line up. I find the first break. Then I tell you what needs to change so the system can hold its shape again.
It’s simple work. Not easy, but simple.
How I work: A 1:1 session automatically uses the Individual License. If you want to take the Phoenix Method into your own framework, team, or org; that opens the higher tiers. You don’t need to sort that out ahead of time. Consulting is the doorway.
This is for people who are responsible for things that cannot afford to fall apart.
